He was born and raised in Lawrenceville, VA, former home of HBCU, St.
Paul’s College. Received his early education in the Brunswick County
Public school system. Upon graduation, moved to East Palo Alto, CA
where he eventually was captured by the love of Jesus and truths of the
Bible and became a Seventh-day Adventist Christian.
 

Some years later, Pastor Vaughan attended Washington Adventist
University, earned his BS degree in Religion. He then attended
Newburgh Theological Seminary where he earned his MA in Pastoral
Leadership.
 

Pastor Vaughan has a burden to share the word of God to all who will
listen. He desires to reach people with the same “everlasting gospel”
that captured and changed his heart as a wild-eyed young man many
years ago. It was because of this burden that he and a small group of
believers planted Restoration Seventh-day Adventist Church Co. Their
motto is to “Reconnect People Back to Their Creator.”
 

Pastor Vaughan is the husband of the lovely Crystal Vaughan who is the
love of his life and whom he refers to as his “Sweety”. He is the father
of one daughter, Lemetra Vaughan who is still his “African Violet
Princess.”
